1. Nature of the service

Insapio is an informational tool. It aggregates publicly available auction data from the kickbacks.ai spinner ad marketplace and computes derived statistics — velocity, burndown estimates, fair-value signals, outbid risk, and similar metrics — to help you understand market conditions.

Insapio does not place bids, hold funds, execute transactions, or act as a broker, exchange, or intermediary of any kind. All bidding decisions and transactions occur directly between you and kickbacks.ai. Insapio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with kickbacks.ai.

2. No guarantees; estimates are guidance only

All metrics, projections, and signals displayed in Insapio — including but not limited to delivery ETAs, market velocity, book VWAP, outbid risk, and risk-adjusted cost — are statistical estimates derived from sampled historical data. They are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Markets move. Past behavior of the auction does not predict future behavior. A projection that a campaign will exhaust in a given window, or that an outbid is unlikely, is a model output — not a promise. Any claims, figures, or recommendations presented by Insapio are guidance only and may be wrong.

Insapio expressly disclaims any guarantee of outcomes, including ad delivery, impression counts, click costs, queue position, or return on advertising spend.

3. Not financial, investment, or legal advice

Nothing in Insapio constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice. The terminal presents data and mathematics; how you act on it is your decision and your responsibility.

Before making spending decisions that are material to you or your business, consult a qualified professional — including, where appropriate, a lawyer, accountant, or financial adviser.

4. No fiduciary relationship

Insapio endeavors to act in the best interest of its users by presenting data honestly and computing metrics in good faith. However, your use of Insapio does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, or trust relationship between you and Insapio. Insapio bears no fiduciary responsibility or duty of care to you beyond the express terms stated here.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insapio's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid for one (1) month of your subscription at the then-current monthly price.

To the same extent, Insapio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost ad spend, lost business opportunities, or losses arising from decisions made in reliance on data or estimates shown in the terminal — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted.

6. Data sources and availability

Market data is sampled from public kickbacks.ai endpoints and stored as time-series snapshots. Sampling may be interrupted, delayed, or incomplete. Insapio makes no commitment to any particular sampling frequency, data retention period, or service uptime. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Access to the terminal requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Prices are stated at checkout and may change with notice. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

8. Acceptable use

You may not resell, redistribute, or republish Insapio data or signals without written permission; attempt to circumvent authentication or the paywall; or use the service in a manner that disrupts it for others. Accounts violating these terms may be suspended without refund.

9. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of Insapio after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date on this page.
